Hello all! My name is Axel and I am an enjoyer of many things.

Currently am I a simulation engineer at Einride developing code and infrastructure around virtual verification for our Autonomous Electric Trucks. It sounds pretty cool, and it is very cool not gonna lie. All while doing this am I working towards finishing my master thesis in quantum graphs to finish my masters in theoretical physics.

Outside of work am I a climber (as most software developers in this world) and a gymnastics coach. I also LOVE board games (favourite one is probably Dune , the original board game), and has been a huge passion of mine the past 10 years.

One of the reason I started this blog is to share my floating thoughts that comes up from reading books; all from sci-fi and fantasy to philosophy. I have started collecting some notes and think it is more fun if there is something generated from the notes - almost like research (man does this sound nerdy). During school did I hate writing assignments about books but for some reason now did I get a burning desire to do just that. Weird.

Another topic I will cover is tech, all from personal projects I do as well as interesting concepts and findings elsewhere. This area is super interesting and I feel so lucky to land a job doing what I love; before I worked at

The final topic I had in mind when starting this blog was physics and mathematics. I have studied engineering physics at KTH Stockholm, and during my masters did I study topics such as condensed matter theory, quantum field theory and more general topics in quantum physics. The interest for mathematics was kind of born during my last year in my masters (2023). I will probably write about connections between tech, physics and mathematics sometime in the future!

Welcome!
